I know. I know. I've been dreaming kitchen for as long as you've known me. Those who I talk to on a daily basis have come to expect a kitchen remodeling conversation to happen on most days. I'm not the fastest moving gal when it comes to change, or spending large amounts of money, or making decisions. It's true, but I really think we might be making some updates. I'm growing tired of all the talk and no action. Sooooo, the thought of that possibly becoming reality has me pulling open my inspiration files. Here are a few that I love:

Those are all beautiful. I love the white with a pop of color. I must have a window over my kitchen sink...must!
I am dreaming about kitchens too - ours is still a few years away, but it doesn't stop me from dreaming. My musts....a farmhouse sink, soapstone countertops, big windows over the sink, and a breakfast bar. A couple of these made my inspiration file too!
In trying to get ready for our house planning, I have been giving this question a lot of thought: a farmhouse sink, a window over the sink and usability - good flow between the frigde, sink and stove. I also want a way to keep it open yet be able to separate it from the dining area so people don't see me working furiously and ungracefully behind the scenes for dinner parties. Two things I have not decided on yet - open shelves vs. cabinets or both? island or no island? to be continued!
Some of those exact same kitchens are in my favorites file, too. White cabinets, wood floors and plenty of counter space are in my must-haves.

We have much the same taste in kitchens. That second one with the big gas stove with the red dials makes me swoon ;) LOVE big, clean, simple, practical kitchens.
